Are there optimum pitches in multi-slice?

• GE allow only two pitches: 3 & 6

• Philips recommend: Pitchd 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7

• Toshiba recommend: 3, 3.5, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6

• Siemens no optimum pitches
