Imaged slice width: thin slices
problem when thickness of inclined plate is similar to imaged slice thickness
limit at S = T / cos ? ie. T = 0.6 mm, ? = 30deg ? limit at S = 0.7 mm
may need another phantom eg. we use
- 0.6 mm thick aluminium at 30° for slices 2 - 20 mm
- 0.05 mm thick titanium at 8° for slices 0.5 - 4 mm
