• Daily

  • CT number accuracy of water
  • image noise, image uniformity, artefacts

• Semi-annually, or more frequently

  • CT number scale accuracy and stabilty
  • CTDI phantom – dont need for qc
  • dose profile
  • dosimetry of SPR – good idea partic. if using for pelvimetry
  • spatial resolution
  • imaged slice thickness
  • low contrast detectability – don’t need for qc (noise main influence)
  • slice positioning accuracy
  • video monitor and hard copy – good idea
    (resolution, grey scale, disortion and artifacts)
