This report provides a comprehensive comparison of the following CT scanners: GE LightSpeed Advantage, GE LightSpeed Plus, Marconi Mx8000, Philips TrueView Secura, Siemens Volume Zoom, Toshiba Asteion Multi and Toshiba Aquilion Multi. All of these scanners are multi-slice scanners capable of acquiring four image slices per gantry rotation. Data is presented as an in-depth, side-by-side comparison of each scanner's specification, as well as results of ImPACT's image and dosimetry performance testing*. *Only specification data is presented for the Philips TrueView Secura. ImPACT's reports are published by the Centre for Evidence-based Purchasing at the NHS PASA: please address all enquiries to them. State the number, title and quantity of each report required. Reports will be dispatched by second class post the next working day. You will be contacted within 48 hours if the reports are not in stock . There is no charge for reports supplied to NHS customers. Other customers will be invoiced after the order has been dispatched. Please note that it is not possible to offer refunds for reports ordered in error. Send your order to:
