ImPACT produce reports on a wide range of topics. In addition, other various pieces of information are presented on the web site.

ImPACT's primary output is in the the form of evaluation reports. These reports can be downloaded free of charge, and provide independent and detailed information on a number of subjects. We also produce reports tabulating the specifications of scanners for the UK market, enabling you to compare different scanner models side-by-side. ImPACT have produced a document on acceptance testing of CT scanners, which puts an emphasis on practical information and considerations for multi-slice scanners.

During the course of our scanner assessments, we need to transfer the images we obtain to a lap top computer, to allow us to analyse them for image quality. Our experiences with the DICOM standard for medical image transfer, and a step by step guide to obtaining images using DICOM are now on line.
